Eli Kipruto Rotich is the winner of Ksh 200 Million Betika Mega Jackpot. Rotich is the first person to win the Ksh 200 million Betika Mega Jackpot in Kenya.

Eli Kipruto Rotich is a student at Jomo Kenyatta University of Science and Technology.

He correctly predicted the 17 games and placed with only 49 shillings.

The lucky JKUAT student received the Ksh 200,000,00 jackpot cheque today Friday, 16 December 2022.

The Ksh 200 million Betika Mega Jackpot, was redesigned from the previous offer of Ksh 100 million done when the 2022–23 season had begun. Rotich comes from Nakuru county.

Rotich, a Manchester City supporter, said he typically spends less than 100 Kenyans Shillings every other weekend and he didn’t think much about this particular Mega Jackpot combination because he has only won one bonus win over the years.

Eli Rotich was a fan of Spain during the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, but his team was eliminated by Morocco in the round of 16.

The young JKUAT student has been placing bets for three years now, making sacrifices and spending at least 100 bob on gambling every weekend.

“Eli, you have done it,” stated Kent Kagicha, senior product manager for Betika.

“With just one jackpot ticket, you have successfully won Ksh 200 Million all by yourself.

The odds were in your favor, it’s unheard of, and even when one game had to be postponed and the winner was determined by a public drawing, the result was still in your favor. We are overjoyed for you,” Kagicha further added.
