Drama at Mr Ibu’s funeral service as pallbearers nearly drop his coffin during ritual dance (Video)

The remains of veteran Nollywood actor Charles Okafor aka Mr Ibu was taken to his rural home for burial a week after he died in hospital.

Mr Ibu’s body arrived in Enugu State accompanied by members of his family, friends and thousands of fans who enjoyed his movies.

The late actor was treated to ‘bizarre’ ritual dance when his body arrived in Enugu.

Pallbearers violently danced around with the coffin bearing the remains of Mr Ibu and at one point they nearly dropped the casket.

Mr Ibu died of cardiac arrest aged 62 at Evercare Hospital in Lagos after a protracted illness that led to the amputation of one of his legs.

His death has been engulfed with controversies from family members fighting for his property to some people accusing him of immoral behavior when he was still alive.

Controversial Nigerian rapper Speed Darlington also known as Akpioku accused Mr Ibu of perpetrating sexual harassment in Nollywood movie industry.
