The Deputy President over the weekend was in Murang’a county where he held a function there and talked to Wananchi about his political ambitions come 2022.
The Deputy President who was accompanied by his allies addressed the mammoth crowd who came out to see him in Murang’a County setting a precedent there went on record saying that he was the only one best equipped to lead Kenyans to where they’re supposed to be.
He, later on, went ahead to discredit Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka, Moses Wetangula, Gideon Moi, and others for not being able to lead the country.

The second most powerful man in the country went on to laugh his lungs out after reminding Wananchi about how a man who was beaten by his wife could possibly ever be President of the Republic of Kenya.
“Na unajua, mimi najua mwaka ujao iko mitihani, na walimu wakutayarisha hiyo mitihani wako hapa. Kwani mnafikiri mimi nitahepa kazi halafu through mitihani nianguke mtihani?[hapana! Murang’a residents replied]
Si lazima nikuje mapema nijitambulishe kwa ile kazi nafanya, ama namna gani?

Niko na swali, siku ile Uhuru Kenyatta alikuwa anatafuta rafiki wa kusimama na yeye, muliona mwenye kitendawili? mulimuona ule wa katikati yule mtu wa watermelon? na huyu mtoto ya Moi mulimuona? na ule mwingine anaitwa Wetangula naskia alipigwa na bibi yake mulimuona?
sasa saa hizi ndio wanajifanya ati wao ni marafiki zetu, tunaelewana? si mimi ndio nimesukuma Uhuru Kenyatta jameni mpaka amekuwa rais…” he said as Murang’a residents laughed together with him.
