Deputy president William Ruto took Jubilee campaigns to Western Kenya on Thursday September 14th. Ruto joined western leader Stanley Livondo and former speaker Kenneth Marende at Pentecostal Assemblies of God (PAG) pastors’ conference at Nyang’ori, Vihiga County.

Drama however ensued when Ruto and his Jubilee brigade tried addressing residents at Majengo market. Angry Nasa supporters heckled and stopped the DP in his address.

The chants from Nasa supporters prompted the DP to cut short his campaigns and left the area as residents continued with their demonstrations to show their support for Raila Odinga.
