The second debate was less chaotic compared to the first one, both Trump and Biden exercised retrain in their criticisms of each other.

Biden however come out on top at the end of the debate, he articulated each word with precision and spoke to the American people.

Trump however fumbled with words and in most instances, he could not even explain his policies. For instance, Trump is obsessed with replacing Obamacare (Affordable Care) yet when asked what he will replace it with he could not elaborate. He just said he will create something better, yet he has no plan whatever.

Note: Affordable Care provides health cover for millions of Americans with pre-existing conditions.

Moderator: What about people with preexisting conditions?
Trump: I’ll protect it. Will be totally protected.
Moderator: How?
Trump: They’ll be protected, Lesley.
Moderator: How?
Trump: I mean the people with preexisting conditions are going to be protected.
Moderator: How?
Trump: As they are now.
Moderator: How?

Trump basically kept on shouting down the questions, he completely failed to make up lost ground in the final debate.

Nearly all news outlets rated Biden’s performance better than Trump’s. CNN’s Instant Poll of debate watchers rated Biden’s performance at 53%.
