Fredrick Ngatia, popularly known as DJ Krowbar, held his last show on KTN on Sunday December 27th before he announced his exit.

DJ Krowbar said he was quitting the Mombasa road based media house without revealing his next move.

“Today is my last #SundayBest show that airs on both @ktnhome_ and @ktnbtv. What God has done this year is beyond what I ever imagined or thought of!

“The millions who tuned in to watch #SundayBest every single Sunday. My heart melts with all the DMs & comments I get of how your lives were changed by what we did on #SundayBest. Be it a song I played a simple story I shared. I wipe tears of joy reading your messages every now and then. To those we prayed together and reported of God’s doing my faith is lifted. A special shoutout to those who sent me prayers in my DMs, I wiped tears hearing those voice notes and reading the prayers. Truly God used you when I was down,” wrote DJ Krowbar in part.

Adding that;

“To the management of Standard Group, what an honour. Many wish few get the opportunity. I am extremely greatful. You took me in a rookie here I am all grown. God bless you all forever.”

Rumor has it that DJ Krowbar is headed to NTV to replace DJ Mo who used to co-host the station’s Sunday gospel show Crossover 101.

DJ Mo’s career at NTV comes to an end

DJ Mo quietly left NTV sometimes in November this year after spending nearly a decade on the station hosting Crossover 101.
