Michael Macharia, popularly known as DJ Brownskin has moved on with his love life amid the ghost of his late wife’s controversial death hanging over his shoulders.
Photos of DJ Brownskin spending quality time with his new lover sent social media into a frenzy as netizens tried to ponder how he ‘moved on so fast’.
In the photos, Brownskin’s new lover is seen posing in suggestive postures with the mix master as they enjoy quality time together at at the beach.
Kenyans were on April 2, 2023, treated to shock after videos surfaced online showing the last moment of DJ Brownskin’s wife Sharon Njeri alias Shadodo.
In the video, the late Sharon is seen taking poison in the presence of her husband. After some time, she is seen writhing in pain.
It is then that the poisonous substance took a toll on her and she succumbed. The video was recorded last year but only went viral in April 2023.
Sharon died on July 29, 2022.
Many people came out to castigate DJ Brownskin for recording his wife drink poison, some even calling for his arrest and prosecution.
DJ Brownskin was ultimately arrested and arraigned in court.
The mix master was on June 12, 2023, arraigned at the Milimani Law Courts.
Appearing before Chief Magistrate Lucas Onyina, DJ Brownskin denied three charges of aiding suicide, neglect to prevent a felony and destroying evidence by deleting the videos he had uploaded on his social media regarding the suicide incident at their Kariobangi South house in July 2022.
The case is still ongoing in court.
