Criminal defense lawyer Cliff Ombeta has stressed that DJ Brownskin’s case is dead on arrival should he be sued for the death of his wife Sharon Njeri.

DJ Brownskin sparked uproar after videos emerged showing him record his late wife drink poison.

Many people called for the arrest and prosecution of DJ Brownskin after the videos went viral on social media.

However, Criminal defense lawyer Cliff Ombeta said that DJ Brownskin did not commit any offence according to the penal code.

“It is a moral issue. Hakuna offence kwa penal code. As long as he did not provide/avail the poison to her. You are “your brother’s keeper” on moral issues,” Ombeta explained.

“My point exactly. Did he induce? No proof. Did he aid? No proof. Did he Abet? No proof. MORAL ISSUE: Did he watch? Yes. Not criminal. Did he record? Not criminal. TOTALLY BAD. NOTHING MORE,”  he added.
