Diddy has broken his silence after a fourth woman came out to sue him claiming that he together with two other men violently raped her in a bathroom.
The woman, whose identity is hidden, claims she was violently gang raped by Diddy and two friends at his New York studio when she was 17.
The anonymous accuser in her lawsuit alleged that Bad Boy Entertainment President Harve Pierre met her in 2003 in Detroit.
She said that Pierre told her she was not and flew her to New York City where she met Diddy.
The woman stated she met Diddy in a recording studio and sat on his lap during the session, indulging in drugs and alcohol. The accuser supplied images from the alleged meeting.
The woman said that Diddy later led her into the bathroom where he allegedly removed her underwear and raped her over the sink.
“Jane Doe did not consent to having sex with Mr. Combs, but he continued thrusting. At some point, Mr. Combs turned Ms. Doe around to face him. He told her that he could not orgasm and asked her to squeeze his nipples as hard as she could to help him ‘get off.’ By this point, Ms. Doe was coming in and out of consciousness because of the drugs and alcohol she had been given by defendants.
“Her next memory was looking up into the mirror above the sink to find that the third assailant had replaced Mr. Combs and was raping her from behind. Mr. Combs was watching the Third Assailant sexually assault Ms. Doe from a chair outside of the bathroom.
“Pierre then took his turn, according to the victim, raping and forcing her to perform oral sex until she was choking and gasping for breath. When the trio finally left the bathroom she ‘fell into the fetal position and lay on the floor. Her vagina was in pain,” the lawsuit said.
The woman claims she could barely stand and had to be helped out of the building before she was put on a plane back to Michigan.
The anonymous accuser stated that she suffered in silence for 20 years but found the courage to speak out after Cassie’s lawsuit.
Diddy broke his silence about the multiple lawsuits by women claiming he sexually assaulted them after the fourth accuser came out.
In a post on his Instagram account, the legendary rapper said he was greatly disturned by the sickening allegations levelled against him.
“ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, and destroy my reputation and my legacy.
“Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday.
“Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth,” Diddy wrote on Instagram.
