Diamond Platnumz is turning into a business dynamo as he expands his empire with the now launch of Wasafi FM studio in Zanzibar.
The singer ventured into the media industry in four years ago when he launched Wasafi FM in February 2018 before he opened his own television station Wasafi TV.
Diamond is now expanding his media company to have cover the entire Zanzibar archipelago in terms of broadcasting.
The Bongo singer officially launched new Wasafi FM studio on the island in an event that was attended by Zanzibar president Dr Hussein Ali Mwinyi and top government officials.

Official launch of Wasafi Fm Studios in Zanzibar. . #WasafiFmZanzibar,” Wasafi FM announced.
The event was also attended by Diamond’s family including his mother Mama Dangote, his sister Esma Platnumz and his girlfriend Zuchu.
