Davido real name David Adeleke has come forward to help fight the Coronavirus pandemic that has seen many people getting quarantined in your homes without moving out to go look for something to eat.
Davido who recently released his latest record dubbed ‘D & G’ which is an acronym to Dolce & Gabbana together with renowned musician Summer Walker has made it official that he will donate all the proceeds that he will get from that song to help fight the COVID-19 pandemic.
Davido told CNN’s Chloe Melas that he will donate the money to Coronavirus relief efforts.
Speaking exclusively with CNN, the ‘Risky’, ‘If’, and ‘Blow My Mind’ hitmaker also revealed that his family has donated over 1 million dollars to the Nigerian Federal Government in the wake of the coronavirus, COVID-19 pandemic as well as over 2,000 Kilograms of rice across the Osun State where he’s from.
Sellings his exotic, luxurious, expensive cars
A few days ago, Davido went on record saying that he would be more than willing to sell his fleet of cars to help fight the Coronavirus pandemic after Meek Mill did the same with his precious dream car.
Meek Mill real name Rober Rihmeek Williams donated his 2018 Rolls-Royce Phantom to help raise funds to feed the hungry during the coronavirus pandemic.
Meek Mill noted the car was what motivated him to chase success.
Meek Mill’s donation is part of the “All In Challenge” in which celebrities are challenged by fellow celebrities to make a huge donation that will help in the fight against the COVID-19 outbreak.
Some of the cars in Davido’s collection include a Bentley Bentayga, an Audi R8, Chevrolet Camaro, and Mercedes-Benz GLE 450, Porsche Carrera, Mercedes-Benz Sedan AMG, Porsche Panamera Turbo S, Range Rover Sport, and a Mercedes G-Wagon.
