Costa Titch dies after a thrilling live performance

Costa Titch who was full of life to his last day on this earth left a lot of people around the world shocked after his untimely death.

The rapper came up with something totally different that most rappers before him were not embracing and that’s dancing and rapping at the same time.

Costa Titch whose real name is Constantinos Tsobanoglou dropped dead while performing at the Ultra music festival on Saturday, 12 March 2023.

His death comes a few days after his mentor and close friend, AKA passed away after he was shot point blank in Durban before he went in for his scheduled show in the city.

Costa Titch’s close friend and confidant, Riky Rick also passed away last year leaving on the twenty third day of February 2022.

Costa Titch who was 28-year-old when he passed away was always full of life with every record he puts out, you could see that he was giving his all in everything he was doing.

Death has tragically knocked at our door. Robbing us of our beloved son, brother and grandson, Constantinos Tsobanoglou (28), who South Africa had come to love and idolize under his stage “Costa Titch”. It is with deep pain that we find ourselves having to acknowledge his passing at this time,” the official statement confirming his death read in part.

“We are thankful for the emergency responders and all those present in his last hours on this earth. As a family we are faced with a difficult time as we try to make sense of what has befallen us and ask that we be afforded the time and space to gather ourselves.

The Tsobanoglou family thanks you for the love and support you have given to our son and may you continue to uplift him even in spirit. Please keep us in your prayers and uplifted in the Lord,” the statement concluded.

Prior to his death, Costa Titch had signed a multi-million deal with Akon’s record label, Konvict Kulture and he dropped the ‘Big Steppa Remix’ that features the American icon.
