It’s about time NTSA looks into the matter of city hoppa public transportation vehicles and every two in ten Kenyans will tell you straight in the face how they fear commuting with city hoppa since most of their breaks are faulty.
Though these might be alleged cases but they must be handled in earnest to help stop cased like that which happened where one of the buses burnt to the ground. Thankfully no casualties were reported.
