Her freestyle songs really took off, thanks to her authenticity and impressive command of lyrics, she caught the eye of a lot of established entertainers with Eric Omondi being one of them.
Eric Omondi was so impressed with her freestyle songs that he shared her videos on his social media pages that command millions of fans and followers. Right after her exposure, Chepkosgei’s star started to shine and the rest is history.
What makes her unique is that she’s the very first serious mainstream Kalenjin rapper in the Kenyan hip hop scene and she’s so good, all hip hop standards considered.
Well, she flew back in the country a couple of days back and she’s already dropped her debut single dubbed ‘Itabidi Mkubali’ that has been positively acclaimed by her exponentially growing fans who have pushed the streaming numbers impressively.
Chepkosgei had worked with Riccobeatz alias Mr. 808 making sure she gets to work with the best music producer in the rap game at the moment to catapult her career to the next level.
After dropping her debut ‘Itabidi Mkubali’, there is no denying that she’s here to stay since she’s bring something totally different and a new flavor in the hip hop scene that we didn’t know we missed but it turns out we needed it.
