Catherine Kamau: I learnt I was pregnant after motorbike accident

Catherine Kamau tried getting pregnant for her husband immediately after their wedding but she was not successful for nearly two years.

The actress had stopped trying to get pregnant when she found out that she had indeed conceived.

Speaking in a recent interview, the mother of two said she learnt she was pregnant when she was already four months.

“The father of my child and I went out then had a motorbike accident and had to go to hospital and the doctor brought the results and said that I was okay and the child is fine too and that I was four months pregnant,” she explained.

She added she was shocked by the doctor’s news as she was tiny back then and had a flat tummy.

It took Catherine Kamau close to two years to get pregnant for her husband Phillip Karanja after their lavish wedding, the two lovebirds got married on November 17th 2017.

Catherine announced she was pregnant with her second child in late September 2019 when she shared photos of her maternity shoot on social media. She gave birth in the same year.
