Cassper Nyovest who won big at the concluded Sound City MVP Awards showed his appreciation for winning the coveted ‘Best Hip Hop’ Award and also performed his ‘Tito Mboweni’ hit single by giving out a shout out to the organizers and also sees the future for African hip hop and African hip hop as a whole.

The rapper was so ecstatic for winning the award and also shared his two sense on not only South African rappers taking over the hip hop industry but African rappers taking over the hip hop scene with a bang.

“I can’t express how much I appreciate this award. It gives me hope for SA hip hop and African hip hop as a whole. It says “keep going, you’ve got the right direction.” A Tswana Boy from Mafikeng did that!!!Shout out to the African Hip Hop fans!!All the glory to God.” Cassper Nyovest added.
