Nigerian musician Burna Boy opened up about his current stance on parenthood, revealing that he is not yet prepared to become a father.

During a recent Instagram live session, the Grammy-winning artiste said he could not have a kid at the moment with the kind of life he is living.

“I’m not having no kid. I know I can’t give that to anyone right now with the life I’m living,” Burna Boy shared, highlighting his desire to provide the same level of love and support to his future children as he receives from his own parents.

Addressing rumors about his alleged infertility, Burna Boy dismissed speculations and affirmed, “Let’s assume that it is true that I couldn’t even have kids, you know that there’s something called IVF? But that is not even true.”

This disclosure follows Burna Boy’s ex-girlfriend, Stefflon Don, publicly attributing their breakup to Burna Boy’s alleged infertility.

In August 2022, Burna Boy has confirmed that he cannot sire children.

This after his ex-girlfriend, British rapper Stephanie Victoria Allen alias Stefflon Don took to her Instagram, revealing the reason on why she broke up with Burna.

On her Insta-stories on August 6, 2022, Stefflon wrote “So I didn’t want to mention this before but…. I gotta say it. Y’all ‘African Giant’ is an impotent man, I left his ass cuz he couldn’t give me a baby.”

In a quick rejoinder, Burna Boy took to his Snapchat and confirmed Stefflon’s statement.

The 32-year-old musician stated that he didn’t mind being impotent as long as he was rich.

“Okay yes I’m an impotent gorilla but I got money so…..!!” he wrote on his status.

Burna Boy and Stefflon Don dated from 2019 to 2022 when they broke up, due the what the latter claimed as the former’s inability to impregnate her.
