TikToker Brian Chira has emerged after a long silence on social media and admitted that he has not been mentally fit for several days.
Chira, who was hitting the headlines last year due to his adventures on the TikTok, went underground so that he could not be heard again for a period of several days, some saying that he might be suffering from depression.
Speaking to YouTuber Nicholas Kioko, Chira admitted that it is true that he has not been mentally well but said that during the period that he has disappeared from the internet, he has been attending behavioral rehabilitation sessions with a mental health specialist.
“I was not well mentally, that is not a lie and I have been seeing my therapist, thanks to him,” Chira said.
The controversial TikTok, who once openly admitted to being a victim of the HIV virus, revealed some things that he has had to change in his daily life cycle that could make him a better person.
“I have been trying to improve myself, love myself first, reduce the bottle [of wine], protect myself such as showering twice a day, you know things like that have made me better,” he said.
However, Chira said that his change does not mean that he will remain quiet when people provoke him and enter his space.
“This Chira still has his adventures, if you come to me even if you are big, I will come to you too. It’s not like I’m going to keep quiet, because I’m rebuilding myself, if I hear someone talking bad about me, I’ll do the same,” Chira said.
He said that his entry into the entertainment industry will be big and not only on TikTok but he hopes to launch his podcast on YouTube as well.
“I will come with my content on YouTube, it will be like a podcast, mine will not be as calm, I have to take a few shots [alcohol] and then we will go in and shoot the show. You think talking for 40 minutes is a game, you have to play a little bit,” Chira said.
