Bomet-based detectives have started looking for the person who sodomized an intoxicated guy after imprisoning him in his home for more than ten hours.
The strange incident took place in Mosonik village of Kyogong location in Chepalungu.
The victim had excused himself from the Jumbo Club where they were sipping holy waters with his kinsmen to attend to a call of nature when the suspect struck.
Unknown to him, the guy known as Silas was waiting for his victim in the darkness.
The suspect approached the victim as he stumbled back to the store and instead led him to his residence, which was about 200 meters away.
Incoherent screams from the victim as Silas was bringing him to his quarters were drowned out by the pub’s loud music, which was playing the local hit song “Gloria,” as the other equally inebriated party-goers drank and danced along.
The culprit then violated nature’s laws by sodomizing the defenseless 33-year-old victim until late yesterday afternoon, when a bystander intervened after hearing noises coming from the house.
The culprit ran from his home, so the victim was rescued and taken to Longisa County & Referral Hospital for treatment and the necessary tests to be performed.
