Kenyan musician Kelvin Kioko aka Bahati wrote a beautiful message to his wife Diana Marua on Tuesday evening to show her love after being badly attacked by Kenyans on social media.
Diana Marua has been trending since the end of last week as some Kenyans attacked her on various issues in her life including claims that Bahati is not the biological dad to three of her children.
In a long message to his wife on Tuesday evening, Bahati assured Diana that she is a star and that is why she became the talk of the town.
“Dear Diana, I know you’ve been in the trending headlines, I know it doesn’t bother you, but I thought I’d remind you of one thing before going to bed. You are a star!!! I wish I could be there to tell you this Face to Face but I am out of town for a Business meeting, I will be back in Nairobi Tomorrow,” Bahati wrote to his wife on Instagram.
He added, “My wife; You are loved by many, you inspire many, you are followed by many and because of that, my dear, you can’t miss hate. No lie, you have surpassed many since I wrote the first post to introduce you to the world as my ‘Prayer Partner’.”
The former gospel singer made it clear that he sometimes regrets introducing Diana to the public eye as she has been a victim of trolling several times.
However, he noted that his wife’s public recognition has also helped her build her brand, something he is proud of as her husband.
“Sometimes I want to apologize for putting you on this side of the merciless world but if you look at things Babe; This was God’s Plan, You were created for this!!! Look at your Numbers!!! You just came the other day and now you are the Creator of YouTube East Africa’s Most Followed and Followed Content. I may not say this enough times but I am a Proud Husband… I am happy to call you my wife,” he said.
At the same time, the musician confirmed that their wedding plans are still on and nearing completion, noting that he has a great desire to put a wedding ring on the finger of the mother of his three children.
“I Can’t Wait To Take Over The World With You; Yes, our wedding planning is 70% complete and I can’t wait to marry you. I LOVE YOU,” he said.
In her answer, Diana assured her husband that she loves him very much and noted that they have big dreams to achieve together.
“I MISSED OUR NIGHTS, I CAN’T WAIT TO HUG YOU TOMORROW, MY KING.” I LOVE YOU,” he replied.
