Bahati questions if he’ll become a billionaire by 30

2 mins read

Will I still be a billionaire by 30? is the question that the celebrated gospel musician Bahati is asking himself doubtfully.

Award-winning musician Bahati has taken to social media to pose a personal question that only himself can answer.

Bahati who is currently enjoying massive airplay on the radio, and TV while trending on YouTube thanks to his latest offering dubbed ‘Dear Ex’ is questioning if he will become a self-made billionaire before he clocks 30 years old.

Bahati, 28, made a vow to himself and his fans where he promised that he will try to achieve a milestone of becoming a billionaire before 30, a milestone that seems far-fetched by then.

Bahati made that promise on September 28, 2018.

“I want to be a billionaire by 30 because we have been in a situation where no one valued our music and no one believed that you could be rich through music.

That is why I am tapping into things people haven’t tried before.

I dared to launch a record label when it was viewed as non-profitable. I want to try new things and with that, get more knowledge. As I work on music I am also dealing with property,” said Bahati.

The successful musician cum businessman and entrepreneur confessed that he’s now not certain that he will achieve that milestone since he didn’t foresee the Covid-19 pandemic –like a lot of people out there– will come along and change a lot of stuff, businesses, and investments notwithstanding.

“I had Said I wanted to Make My First Billion at 30 Years Old 💵💰💴 I did Not Know Corona Was Listening to My Plans 🙆‍♂️ I am 28 Years Now… IS THE DREAM STILL ACHIEVABLE???,” Bahati quipped on social media.
