It’s safe to say that there’s no other Kenyan DJ holding down Kenyan artistes on international soil the way Dallas Maverick’s official DJ, DJ Poison Ivy has been holding down Kenyan artistes by making sure their Kenyan records gets that international audience by playing them during game day/night.

In the recent past, DJ Poison Ivy who is a Kenyan born, American based disk jockey has played Kenyan records by King Kaka, Magix Enga and she has been living the #PlayKemusic movement way before people began talking about it.

Thanks to her connect, Arrow Bwoy got to work with international, Ragga and Dancehall artiste Demarco on his hit record dubbed ‘Love Doctor’ which is one of the best hit records out now.

Talking to Mzazi Willy M. Tuva, Arrow Bwoy said that DJ Poizon Ivy made it possible for him to work with Demarco after she played the Jamaican artiste his hit record ‘Shikisha’ while in the car with him which he loved and wanted to jump on the remix with Arrow Bwoy.

They[Arrow Bwoy together with Demarco] got to meet up officially when Demarco came to Kenya where they jumped on the studio together working with record producer Vicky Pondis to record ‘Love Doctor’ but sadly Demarco left the country before he recorded his verse. Arrow Bwoy sent the record to Demarco via email the next day and Demarco recorded his verse and sent it back to him.

Speaking on the music video of the ‘Love Doctor’ record, Arrow Bwoy who also worked with Ce’cile said that Demarco shot his visuals in Atlanta while he shot his own visuals in Mombasa and then they were mashed up together  to bring forth a lovely music video of 2019 which saw Demarco singing in Swahili for the very first time on his lucrative career.
