Sultry songbird Amileena is back in the game with a new banger in collaboration with singer Sudi Boy whom she worked with before.

Amileena, who shot to fame thanks to her appearance on Tusker Project Fame season five, collaborated with Sudi Boy to drop a new song dubbed ‘Happy Anniversary’.

It was the second time that the duo had worked together to release a song. Their first song ‘Naona Bado’, which was released in October 2016, was a big hit.

Amileena talked to Biggest Kaka about her comeback after releasing ‘Happy Anniversary’ with Sudi Boy.

The songbird disclosed that she came out of retirement specifically to work with Sudi Boy for the music collabo.

“My jumping back into the booth was a courtesy to my friend Sudi. And working with him is always good fun kuchapa kazi na Sudi ni shwari kama kawa, kutoka enzi za Naona Bado. Tuko na rapport nzuri mashaAllah so kuingia studio tena na yeye, kubadilishana mistari ilikua murwa sana,” Amileena said.

She added that the new collabo with Sudi flowed seamlessly since they have worked together before to come up with a banger.

“Na sasa rojo la biriyani limeiba… Thematically our songs often touch on everyday life experiences; the pressures (Naona Bado) as well as the joys and triumphs (Happy Anniversary),” she said.

Here’s the new song the powerful duo released together, years after dropping ‘Naona Bado’.
