The 2022 World Cup kicks off today at Al Bayt Stadium, in Qatar.
The first World Cup 2022 match will be between the hosts, Qatar and Ecuador.
The Al Bayt Stadium where the first match will take place has a sitting capacity of 60,000 fans.
The beautiful stadium is named after “Bayt al Sha’ar’ which were tents historically used by nomadic peoples in Qatar and the Gulf region.
Al Bayt Stadium is ready and decked up for Al Annabi and World Cup football fans.
It’s the second biggest stadia in the whole of Qatar after the Lusail Stadium which has a capacity of 80,000 supporters.
