Mathare Constituency member of Parliament aspirant via the ODM, NASA ticket Anthony “Wakili” Oluoch emerged the winner on the constituency after flooring the incumbent Margaret Wanjiru’s son, Stephen kariuki who was vying to retain his seat using the Jubilee ticket.

Reportedly Anthony Oluoch stepped down for Stephen “K1” Kariuki back in 2017 for the ODM ticket but K1 later on switched sides to move to Jubilee party. This is the first time Anthony Oluoch wins the Mathare Constituency seat after searching for it for a long time.
