Zuchu was paid TSh8 million/Ksh413,000 for her very first show as a musician and also gifted TSh3 million/KSh154,000 by fans who attended her show.

The Bongo singer recently opened up about how she squandered the Ksh567,000 that she earned from her first performance.

Speaking during an interview with Tanzanian media, Zuchu confessed that she misused the money because she didn’t have any management at the time.

“I used that money very badly. I didn’t have money management. I was confused,” she said.

Zuchu said she was lucky she didn’t feel the impact of squandering the half a million shillings because she got more shows that helped her recover financially.

“My second show, I was paid about TSh7 million (Ksh361,000). From then, other shows came up and YouTube also started paying,” she said.

Zuchu is currently the most sought-after female Bongo singer and her performance fee also shot up. It’s believed that she charges upwards of Ksh3 million to perform.

With all her achievements in the music industry and for what she’s done in the same, you wouldn’t think twice paying her asking performance fee because above anything else, she’s a star attraction and she pulls the crowd just the same way as he supposed boyfriend, Diamond Platnumz does.
