Zari Hassan on Monday October 14th took to social media to lash out at Kenya’s national carrier after her luggage was stolen from a Kenya Airways flight.
The Ugandan socialite was on a Kenya Airways flight from Johannesburg to Entebbe via Nairobi when her expensive perfume was stolen from her luggage.
Zari’s complaint exposed KQ badly and the Kenya’s national carrier decided to respond to save face. Kenya Airways promised Zari that they would immediately get to the bottom of the matter.
“Dear Zari, we desire for all our customers to have a positive experience. We’ve reached out to you to obtain your travel details to enable us to coordinate w/ the management at the airports of transfer (JHB, JKIA and EBB) to establish what happened. We kindly await your response,” Kenya Airways tweeted.
To which Zari responded “Thank you….”
Zari also pulled down her post on Instagram which she was complaining about being robbed whenever she flies Kenya Airways.
