Ugandan socialite and entrepreneur based in South Africa Zari Hassan has left her fans with many unanswered questions after uploading a serious message on her snapchat account.
Zari’s posts come a few days after her boyfriend Shakib Cham clarified that he dated Shamirah Nalule Sembatya alias Mimi who claimed that Zari ‘stole’ Shakib from him.
Shamirah said she has been legally married to Shakib since June 2016 and that they have not divorced. She even produced a copy of their marriage certificate.
The US-based lady further claimed that after they got married, she processed Shakib’s visa and flew him to the US a year later in 2017.
However, Zari rubbished Shamirah’s allegations while responding to a fan who asked her about eloping with Shakib.
“His wife claims you broke 💔 her marriage 💑 is that true?” A fan posed the question to Zari.
To which she responded;
“Clout chasers.”
Speaking during an interview with a local station in Uganda, Shakib said Shamirah was his girlfriend for eight years but denied that they got married.
“I know Shakirah Nalule, and she was my girlfriend eight years ago but never got married,” Shakib said.
“She even wanted me to go to America while I was in South Africa, but I refused after finding out that we are both from the same clan, “Ngonge” not only that she also has six children from different men,” he added.
Via Snapchat, Zari shared a quote by Horacio Jones about how lying affects a relationship moments after Shakib admitted to dating Shamirah.
“Some people don’t understand how poisonous lies are. Lies infect and curse happy relationships until you feel sick to your stomach for believing them again,” Zari wrote.
The businessman added that as soon as a lie emerges, the person who was lied to is completely restless because they cannot be sure of what they are being told.
“No matter how much you love someone, sometimes you can’t help but feel like they have stolen your Comfort. You are no longer comfortable because you are guessing everything. Now, trusting them is not a difficult task. Now it takes effort and sometimes that is tiring.” Zari added.
