world mourns the death of American rapper Nipsey Hussle

The world is in deep shock after learning the death of one of the conscious rappers in the rap and hip hop realm who did more than enough to elevate his community.

The 33 years old rapper, Nipsey Hussle real name Ermias Asghedom who has Eritrean decent was shot at six times and killed outside his Los Angeles clothing store.

Nipsey Hussle is a widely respected rapper having graced the cover of XXL’s “Freshman Class of 2010” alongside J. Cole, Pill, Freddie Gibbs, Big Sean, Wiz Khalifa, OJ da Juiceman, Jay Rock, Fashawn and Donnis.

Nipsey Hussle’s hustle continued to pay off as one of the hip hop’s legendary rapper, Jay Z bought his 2013 mixtape dubbed ‘Crenshaw’ for $10,000 having bought 100 copies of Hussle’s mixtape for $100 each. He sent him the check.

Hard to fix anything when kids are still living in poverty.” Living legendary rapper Nas took to Instagram to express how great a loss it is to have lost Nipsey Hussle.

“I ain’t shutting up though, Nipsey is a True voice. He will never be silenced. He still is A stand up General for the People who never left his people. He is Loved by the people. Prayers for his family. Let’s keep pushing Truth for The Man. Love You King Nipsey Hussle/ Ermias Asghedom Respectfully, Nasir Jones” he added as he shared a photo of Nipsey Hussle to accompany his post.

The world took to social media to mourn after learning the loss of Nipsey Hussle

Rihanna wrote on social media “This doesn’t make any sense! My spirit is shaken by this!,”  while posting photos of Hussle with his daughter and another with his fiance. “Dear God may His spirit Rest In Peace and May You grant divine comfort to all his loved ones! I’m so sorry this happened to you @nipseyhussle.”

Nipsey Hussle was engaged to actress Lauren London.
