Police have launched investigation on bizarre incidence where a body of a woman was discovered in lodging house in Mbooni East Sub County.
On the 14th day of February, as the world marked Valentines day, police in Mbooni East Sub County were marking their calendar with a new case of a mysterious death of 40 year old Nzisa Makau who was discovered by the lodging guard early on that morning.
Mbooni East OCPD Peter Njeru said He said the guard Kyalo King’oo was supplying bathing water to the lodgers when he found the half-naked body of the deceased on the bed.
It is said the woman booked the room in Mbumbuni market at about midnight on Saturday in the company of a man who is yet to be identified.
Njeru said the guard reported the matter to the near Mbumbuni police station, adding the body had no visible injuries neither was there signs of struggle.
The body of the deceased was removed to Tawa funeral home to pending the completion of the investigation on what caused the death
