Willy Paul has responded to the Burundian record producer based in Nairobi, Kenya, iLogos Music after he pulled down his recently released his song dubbed ‘Collabo’ from YouTube by issuing a copyright strike.
Willy Paul was called out by iLogos Music a few days ago for neglecting to pay a debt of Kshs. 180,000 that was allegedly due to the producer.
Taking to social media earlier today, Willy Paul real name Wilson Abubakar Radido responded to iLogos Music allegation.
Pozze rubbished off the record producer’s allegations going ahead to question the record producer’s legality in the country.
“Dear Lord, Forgive me for what am about to do to someone.” Willy Paul said in part on his Instastory.
“Am about to [expletive] up their life. You cannot come to my country and act like you own sh*t. First, you’ll have to explain to the government how you got your papers, work permit, residential documents and also explain to KRA why you’ve been making millions and not paying the taxes.” Willy Paul added.
Willy Paul, you break it you buy it! Never heard of that? You uploaded my tracks without my permission then you wanna say you no longer interested? Enda hoteli ukule then useme you no longer interested.
“Hizo threats zako Naiboi ali try akashindwa ilibidi Krg The Don and the whole industry ndio wamuombee msamaha kwangu. Sasa wewe nani ataku teta?” ILogos posed, “Cos you’re so dumb no one will”.
The ‘Hallelujah’ hitmaker assured the record producer that he will end his career after he allegedly chose to mess up with him.
“Your career ended the moment you messed with me. You pulled down my song (COLLABO) and lied to people that I owe you money simply because I told you that I was no longer interested in your tracks.”
“Small boy just pay utajiletea shida bure.” ILogos responded to Willy Paul’s long post. “You’re not on my levels. It will take you more than 10 years to have the knowledge and experience I have in music. You can’t tag someone on my property na hata hauja lipia. Grow up! My legal team will deal with you. Utaji shangaa!”
Willy Paul went ahead and reported iLogos to the police with the nature of the complaint against the record producer being threats and malicious publications dated today, 2, November 2020.
Willy Paul who shared a picture of his complaint on his social media page wrote on social media:
“Let us do it the right way!! Sitafanya vitu nakifua but this has to stop, so this guy put a STRIKE on my new song #COLLABO claiming that kuna deni 😂 ya 180k.. it’s cost’s nothing to be nice to people.
The truth is this guy got upset/mad/angry.. very 😤 just because we added @teddybproducer to the track.
Teddy B added some ideas, mixed and mastered the track.. jamaa akadai hataki kushare after song imekua released.
Asked me to take it down and I said no. Hio ndio time he took it down. @youtube should at-least have away of investigating such claims before they take action…
so we told the guy to keep his track n that we would make our own track fresh from scratch.. na bado hataki.. he says he owns the right to my vocals 😂.. vocals that I recorded myself!!! Ata kama ni wewe unaweza vumilia mtu aki chezea kazi yako? Let the law handle this
#COLLABO is my song, my idea and so lazima itoke..”
iLogos is not relenting at all reiterating that it’s inevitable for Willy Paul to pay him what he owes him.
“Vijana wazazi wakikupeleka shile know that it’s very important. This small boy Willy Paul punguani kabisa kuto soma yake imemu affect his whole life.” iLogos said,
iLogos is now asking for copyright compensation on the name “Pozze” that Willy Paul has been using for years because the record producer claims he owns the rights to it since he gave him that name.
“Sasa kijana 1st of all the name “Pozze” is mine I own it, I gave it to you and now you have to pay for all the time you’ve used it.” iLogos said.
“Don’t forget mimi ndio nilikutoa gospel nikakudirect side ya pesa but I didn’t tell about copyright cos akili yako haingesupport hiyo knowledge.”
iLogos opened up on how Willy Paul should have listened to his manager after he advised him to ask for forgiveness from the record producer telling him how the musician has a small brain to comprehend a lot of stuff he was trying to communicate with him.
iLogos has given Willy Paul 3 weeks ultimatum to pay what he owes him only this time around, he has tripled it and what the former gospel musician owes iLogos is KShs. 540,000.
The Burundian record producer based in Kenya has warned him that failure to paying him the amount will results in dire consequences that the talented musician already knows about.
Willy Paul’s latest ‘Collabo’ hot hit song pulled down from Youtube by iLogos Music
“2nd instead you ask for forgiveness as your manager @jeffaflexx_adviced you unataka kuleta vita na mimi. Your brain is too small to pull a fight with me. Hauna hata diploma utawezana na mtu ako na masters with 3 degrees. So now I’m gonna triple the price you owe me as I warned you and you have 3 weeks to pay up. Consequences unazijua already”
