Nairobi Women Representative, Rachel Shebesh, had taken a back seat in limelight ever since she was caught in an ugly confrontation with Governor Evans Kidero.
Shebesh is once again making headlines thanks to Willy Paul. The gospel superstar has made tongues to wag after he had a date with the Nairobi women rep.
