Gospel singer Justina Syokau is proud of her celibate lifestyle, revealing that the urge to smash landed her in trouble in the past.

The Twendi Twendi hitmaker was married in 2012 but her marriage fell apart in 2013. She has been embracing celibacy ever since her marriage crumbled.

“Being single is enjoyable because you’re free, and it’s almost nine years since I walked out of my marriage. Nilitoka na mtoto kijana nikaamua nyege kwanza niweke nje. Juu hii feeling imeniingiza kwa matatizo and I have whom I need to take care of his responsibilities,” Justina Syokau said during an interview with comedian Consumator.

Syokau claimed that she decided to concentrate on raising her son and focus on growing her music career, locking her sexual feelings in the vault in the process.

“Heri kuwa na dry spell kuliko kujiingiza kwa majaribu. Uende uzae na kimtu ujikute wewe ndio unalea peke yako,” she said.

“Nimekuwa dry spell kwa sababu naogopa kuingia kwa shida yengine,” she added.

The mother of one further condemned women using cucumber and other s3x toys to quench their fire, noting that they need prayers.

“When your body is on fire, get married. Cucumber is food. It was not meant to enter there. God created something special to enter inside the honey pot…not food,” she said.

The gospel singer said she is not ready to date for now.

“At the moment, kitu mimi huona then roho inapump ni pesa na sio mwanaume. Heri nikae na dry spell lakini nipate pesa.”
