Wema Sepetu insists that talking to exes is completely a bad idea as it can easily rekindle old flames and lead to fornication.
Speaking during an interview on Radio Furaha, Wema Sepetu noted that she could not accept friendship with her ex-lovers insisting it was just a waste of time.
“Wakati unapoachana na mpenzi wako na ukaingia kwa mapenzi na mchumba mwingine jambo la kuzungumuza na Ex wako alifahi kamwe mkiachana kila mtu apambane na maisha yake mbila kumshirikisha mwingine,” she said.
Wema claimed there was nothing that ex-lovers could talk about that could lead to something good.
In the debate with radio listeners, Wema warned that talking with exes could contribute to harm and a heavy burden in marriages/relationships if anyone engages in side friendships with their ex.
“Nini ambacho mnataka kuzungumza wakati mnapotengana kipi hicho hamkuweka wazi wakati mlipokuwa wachumba mimi siwezi hata kwa dakika moja kwa maana urafiki na Ex wako unaweza ukachangia uhusiano mwingine jambo ambalo litachangia mapenzi bandia,” she argued.
Wema Sepetu has dated men galore, nearly all male Tanzanian celebs. She dated the late Stephen Kanumba, Alikiba, Diamond Platnumz, comedian Idris Sultan and even former Nambian Big Brother Africa housemate Luis Munana.
