Wayne Rooney is a sad sad man today. First off, he has to leave the club he became a legend at. Yeah, that’s not Everton am talking about but Manchester United. There is no positive way to spin this fact. Yeah it might have been his hometown club but why did he leave it in the first place if it was the badge he loved so much?
Secondly, he has just been charged and found guilty of the offense of drunk driving. The court was not joking around and suspended his driving license for two years. Two years! So for the next 24 months, Rooney has to employ a chauffeur. But no worries, the money has made enough money to hire a chauffeur. Even a convoy if he so feels like it.
