Wasafi Records official music producer Eyo Lizer has revealed why he can no longer work with Harmonize who quit the label amid controversy.
Harmonize terminated his 15 year contract with Diamond Platnumz’s Wasafi record label in September this year and went on to start his own label dubbed Konde Gang.

Harmonize recently found himself in trouble after the producer who produced his song ‘Uno’ was accused of sampling the song’s beat from Kenyan producer Magix Enga.
‘Uno’ is the first song Harmonize released after quitting Wasafi records. The song was deleted from YouTube before Magix Enga withdrew his copyright claim and had it re-uploaded.

Asked whether he could still work with Harmonize to save him from current copyright problems, Wasafi producer Eyo Lizer noted that it was not possible to work with the renegade singer.
Speaking during a radio interview, Eyo Lizer explained that he couldn’t work with Harmonize because he is no longer part of the Wasafi family.
The producer said that he is still friends with Harmonize but clarified that he could not offer him his services because he is an employee of Wasafi.
“Ni msanii mzuri Harmonize na kuondoka kwake pia mimi kama producer naona haina maana, kwa sababu akiondoka huwezi kufanya naye kazi. Mimi siwezi kufanya naye kazi tena kwa sababu tayari hayupo WCB. Mimi ni producer wa WCB kwa hivyo ambaye yupo nje ya WCB ambaye alikuwa WCB siwezi kufanya naye kazi. Sikatazwi lakini kiubinadamu, ukifanya naye kazi huwezi kuonekana vizuri,” said Eyo Lizer.
