Vivian took to social media to blast Ngomma for not giving her access to her royalties which she believes is what she deserves because she’s the one putting in all the work.

Ngomma which is a company owned by Calif Records founder and CEO Clemmo is known for managing and promoting music content in Africa and manages a lot of YouTube channels of artiste’s YouTube channel among them being Otile Brown’s.

The singer/songwriter noted that she’s not in good health at the moment but thinking about her predicament with the company has left her at a cul-de-sac situation not knowing what she is to do with her current predicament.

Vivian asked the Managing Director of Ngomma to stop manipulating what she/he didn’t invest in, to begin with adding that they[artistes] help build the company to what it is now.

“My biggest prayer is for God to heal me completely so I’m able to iron out my royalties. Lord, please don’t take me before I make it work.

I am so disappointed in Ngomma coz I have so much respect for the MD. Stop manipulating what you did not invest in! What is wrong with you??? We helped you build your company, let me and many others go in peace.

I may be a musician but I am also a strong businesswoman. Please note I will be visiting soon. Sometimes I get busy and now I’m unwell,” she wrote on her Instagram account.

She went on to note that she’s more than ready and willing and bent on owning and taking full control of her songs that she has worked on for years through her hard work, sweat, dedication, consistency, and tears.

She ended her call out of Ngomma with a welcomed promise of putting out new music real soon as she gets her stuff in order.

“I have always been polite and respectful but I want every single song that my hubby and I have worked on in my power.

The day Safaricom will be willing to give me a license to operate my own skiza I will consider. At the moment I will redirect my path to other areas.

Skiza is overrated in the era we exist in anyway.

To all my music fans don’t you worry there’s some good things I have in store.

No selfish businessman will kill this dream oh. Any unfairness is loud and clear even in God’s eyes,” she concluded her social media post.

I am a Pan-Afrikanist to the core and love to let the world know what they are missing in Africa. I might do that through music and some interesting posts from time to time so please bare with me.

I will always be real though, that's a guarantee.
