Paul Kobia who was President Uhuru Kenyatta die hard supporter and Nairobi businessman has dumped Jubilee
Kobia has accused the Jubilee government of taking the Meru community for granted even after the its members voted for Uhuru overwhelmingly in 2013.
In the video, Paul Kobia says the Meru community has no place in the Jubilee government pointing out a number of issues that President Uhuru Kenyatta’s administration is yet to address.
Paul Kobia says that Uhuru Kenyatta must talk to the Meru people if he wants to win votes from the region in coming elections.
He further claims that Meru people believe that he and Uhuru share the house on the hill and that he has been sent by them.
According to Kobia, the Jubilee government is made up of members of the Kalenjin and Kikuyu communities leaving out Meru who voted in large numbers for him.
“Mjinga akierevuka mwerevu anakuwanga mashakani… sisi wameru hatuko kwa serikali ya Jubilee…sisi ni kama tulidanganywa.” Kobia now wants Meru region given same opportunities.
Paul Kobia goes ahead to say that the Meru community will negotiate a deal with the Opposition’s NASA ahead of the August elections asking Raila Odinga and Co. to look for him.
