Special Crime Prevention Unit has taken over the home of Businessman Jimmy Wanjigi in Muthaiga,who is also reportedly a NASA financier after weapons were found in his Malindi home.
Reports indicated that Wanjigi bought the Malindi home from two Italian businessmen in 2013 and that he was expected to visit at the weekend but did not turn up.
No one knows where the tycoon is hiding. Police were forced to use axes to break in and see if he was hiding inside.
Investigations are underway to find out the source of the guns and what they were for.
