Former STR8UP presenter Tero Mdee gave her life to Jesus in 2011, got married to Tanzanian prophet Hebron Kisamo and went underground.
Tero resurfaced in September 2017 when she dropped her first gospel song ‘Taa Ya Miguu Yangu’ under her new name Nancy Hebron.
She came back to Kenya in February 2018 for a three-day media tour to promote her debut gospel song. It was during the tour that Tero revealed that she had severed all forms of communication with her family after they opposed her marriage to prophet Hebron Kisamo.
Tero reconciled with her family three years into her marriage, she even did another wedding so that her family members could attend as they boycotted her first wedding in 2011.
Tero has released a total of 9 gospel songs since 2017 when she first released her first gospel song under the new moniker ‘Nancy Hebron’.
In December 2017, Tero featured her sisters Vanessa Mdee and Mimi Mars to drop a song dubbed ‘Beautiful Jesus’. Tero has a new song, she released a song dubbed ‘Jina La Yesu Ni Silaha’ on Wednesday November 13th.
