Dedan Kimathi is a freedom fighter revered in Kenya for his fight against the colonial regime in Kenya and he was also the leader of the Mau Mau( a freedom fighting group). Many just watched the watched the photo of him arrested on that fateful day with shackles on his hands on with a leopard skin around him.
