Trevor Noah is bound to have a splendid 2021 especially after he bought himself one of a kind mansion in December in Bel Air.

The comedian bought his new mansion on 30/12/2020 a day shy of the last day of 2020.

Choosing to spend $27.5 million on his new Bel Air mansion after selling his previous mansion in the same area.

Bel Air is among the neighborhood favored by celebrities, music executives, movie stars, and of course big money spenders on real estate.

It seems like the Emmy award-winning host of Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show,” has a niche in buying architectural mansions.

He spent $20.5 million in 2019 on yet another beautiful mansion in Bel-Air which he ended up selling for $21.7 million.

Trevor Noah, 36, bought the mansion from the Los Angeles architect, Mark Rios who built the 11,000-square-foot six-bedroom home for himself a couple of years ago.

As listed on vistasir courtesy of Linda May and Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland, the 11,000 square foot resident epitomized the Los Angeles lifestyle of indoor/outdoor living with city and ocean views.

The property has 6 bedrooms with 4 of them being ensuites, 11 bathrooms, 3 powder haven with surrounded gardens/pathways.

Prior to Trevor Noah owning the Bel-Air property, the home had initially entered the market back in 2018 with a $36 million price tag on it initially.

The figure since came down to $27. 5 million.
