Tiwa Savage, 41, is mourning the death of her father who died in the morning hours of Monday, July 19th, 2021.
Taking to social media, the Queen of Afrobeats broke the news about the sudden death of her father.
She hinted that her father –who has managed to stay away from the public eye despite her daughter being a superstar around the world– succumbed to an illness though she didn’t disclose what he was fighting in the recent years.

“Early hours of this morning you made a peaceful transition.
You fought till the very end, you really fought daddy, it’s been rough for you these past couple years but you are resting now. This is tough on me, I’m so numb, so weak.

Prior to Tiwa Savage sharing about the passing of his beloved father, nothing much is known to the general public about Tiwa Savage’s dad.
