This month is hold very sacred with women all over the world because it helps them bond with one thing in common, most of women might have not given birth through c-section but they at least know a thing or two that would help them relate with one another when it comes to motherhood and the agony/joy of giving birth to their bundle of joy and that’s why multi talented radio host Tallia Oyando decided to come forth and share her experience and ordeals she went through c-section and how to recover from it.
Here are what she shared with us on her twitter handle, they are very detailed, take time to go through them and don’t mind asking her any questions (if she won’t mind that is) in regard to her experiences and how to move past it in recovery because like she says, it’s not an easy thing to go through and you don’t have to necessarily go through it alone!
She has some awesome ideas on how to move past it and she’s currently enrolled in a gym to regain back her shape.
