Nairobi, 24th November 2018…… The second edition of The Singleton Brunch took place this past weekend at Brew Bistro and Lounge (Fortis Towers) after a successful previous edition that offers diners an unparalleled culinary experience with a customized street food menu.
“There was a great interest and turn out at the launch of the first edition last month and the second edition exceeded our expectations. There was a greater turn out which shows a growing interest in the Singleton brunch. We aim to grown a strong and loyal fan base in which we shall ensure to deliver quality in both the Street Food and cocktail menu.” said EABL Head of Spirits, Annjoy Muhoro.
Diners seeking a leisurely weekend brunch can find an assortment of light morning dishes in addition to a heartier lunchtime fare (served every last Saturday of the month from 11.00 am to 5.00pm). The menu features meals inspired by one Singleton variant; The Singleton of Dufftown
