The Crazy Traffic Witnessed In During Netanyahu’s Visit Is Nothing Compared To The Expected Gridlock When 23 Heads Of State Will Visit Nairobi Next Week

Just last week Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu caused a major traffic snarl up when he visited Nairobi.

Police closed major roads including Chiromo road, Uhuru Highway, Haile Sellasie Avenue, Langata Road to facilitate Netanyahu’s motorcade to move with ease.

But that was just a single head of state; 23 heads of state and governments are expected in Nairobi from July 16th to 22nd.

A total of 23 heads of state and 7,000 delegates are expected to attend the 14th session of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) that will be held at Kenyatta International Conference Centre (KICC).

That means TOTAL traffic nightmare for Nairobians as the police will surely close roads to facilitate the heads of state to move in the chaotic Nairobi traffic like they are in some freeway in America.
