Tanasha Donna was the talk of the town for the longest time especially after netizens caught wind of her ultimate breakup with the bongo superstar, Diamond Platnumz.
Almost every busy body has come forward trying to explain their way and/or reason/s why they believe the Kenyan and Italian sweetheart broke up with the Tanzanian crooner.
Most speculations don’t have any truth to it but according to one media personality in Tanzania, the family of Diamond Platnumz didn’t get along with Donna.
Bongo movie actor, writer, creative and radio personality at Classic FM in Tanzania, Mwijaku said that the main reason Diamond Platnumz couldn’t marry Tanasha Donna is because of his mother.

“Diamond is not the problem, the problem is his mother because Diamond wants to make his mother happy more than his girlfriend, something that is a problem, to make your mother happy is not a bad thing but you shouldn’t overdo it, that’s where the problem is,” Mwijaku told Bongo 5.
Mwijaku went on to open up saying that Tanasha Donna refused to drink a traditional concoction that was prepared by Mama Dangote after the birth of Naseeb Junior because she doesn’t believe in spirituality or superstitious beliefs because of how she was brought up.
“(Diamond) Aepuke kidogo kuwachukua wanawake ambao wana upeo wa elimu. Unajua Tanasha haamini ushirikina. Ukimpa makombe anywe hanywi anamwaga. Ukimpelekea bangle afunge mtoto wake asiote hamfungi kwasababu yeye sio mwenye familia ya kuamini vitu kama hivyo. Kwa hivyo kwake haamini hayo na ugumu ilikuja hapo,” said Mwijaku.
Tanasha Donna has been giving hints on social media after she even shared some clips and screenshots of Roddy Ricch’s latest song ‘The Box’ on her Instagram stories and wrote that she will never ever sell her soul.
“I will never sell my soul…It’s all God over here.” she wrote on her Instagram story.
