Tanasha Donna has vowed to immediately terminate her contract with Ziki Media Group Limited and further sue them.

The singer totally lost her cool and went on a ranting spree on social media after a major disagreement with the music company over her latest project.

Tanasha called out Ziiki Media for releasing a song she was featured in without her consent.

She was featured in a song dubbed ‘Numero Uno’ by Tommy Flavour which premiered on YouTube on January 13, 2023.

“Shame on you Ziiki for dropping a video without our consent, when we clearly refused to sign simply because your director didn’t wanna take half an hour out of his day to get on a screen mirror call to edit out some parts. This is illegal! It is wrong and we are taking legal action! You have no right to deal with artists like this!!!” Tanasha ranted in a post on Instagram.

Tanasha further vowed to immediately terminate her contract with Ziki Media. Ziki Media is a music distribution, marketing and content production company based in Nairobi.

“COPYRIGHT CLAIMS ARE BEING FILED AS WE SPEAK!!! How does a whole distribution company drop a project when NOTHING has been signed, not even a single document or splitsheet, & when BOTH parties have clearly disapproved for the project to come out because 10k + usd has been spent?

“How many of us artists have spent money, even way more than this on videos and projects that we ended up not dropping if project wasn’t up to standard?

“So we jeopardize our brands cause money was spent? Is this reason to result to ILLEGAL measures??? The stuff I’ve had to go through these past 3 years with this company!!!

“I was so gullible when I entered this industry but I know so much better now and now maybe y’all can understand why I didn’t drop music the way I was meant to but we’re finally terminating this contract and will get back on our feet with better deals! Unbelievable!” Tanasha ranted.
