No Stress is a feel good song about letting loose and taking life one step at a time.
“I wrote the first verse primarily around what young girls go through when they first fall hopelessly in love and do not want to accept that somehow the situation they are in is not the space they want to be in or should be in. So we should learn to say no more and step out,” says Avril.
This is the second time AY and Avril are working together on a project. They first worked together on AY’s Leo.
“Working with AY again was awesome. He was very receptive to the project and we hit the studio just as fast as i told him about it,” says Avril.
No Stress was produced by the talented Cedo and the video was shot in Dar es Salaam by Tanzanian video director, Hanscana.
