Kibera rapper Stivo Simple Boy dumped his longtime girlfriend Purity Vishenwa alias Pritty Vishy and moved on with musician Adasa.
Stivo and Pritty Vishy had been dating since 2019 but only made their relationship public in early January 2022 after the two were seen spending quality time together.
The two briefly broke up in late January. Pritty Vishy was the one who dumped the rapper – the main reason for the breakup being that the rapper wasn’t standing up to defend her against his management and family members.
“Assume one day God blesses us and we get married, what will happen to me? My in-laws will one day visit and ask him to send me away, and he will do it without objection,” Vishenwa lamented.
However, Stivo and Pritty Vishy got back together shortly after Valentine’s Day in February. Then in late March Stivo all over a sudden dumped his longtime girlfriend for Adasa. He caused a buzz after sharing photos having some good times in Mombasa with Adasa.
Pritty Vishy bitterly cried on discovering through Instagram that Stivo had moved on with Adasa. She however accepted the reality and let the rapper move on with his new boo.
Speaking during an interview on Radio Jambo, Stivo said he had been suffocating for the past one year while dating his ex girlfriend Pritty Vishy.
“At the moment I am single. Pritty is a nice woman but you know a woman is all about her behavior. My type is very different. I am a very quiet person, so I want someone who is like that. Pritty did not understand me and she was also not as quiet as me,” said Stivo.
When asked if he was only doing publicity stunt to market his new song with Adasa, Stivo said;
“I do not do publicity stunt. I am a very honest person. I have been talking to Adasa for a year now, both from a creative perspective and also as a man who is interested in her. But she told me to give her time to think about it.”
